Refund Policy

At SoSweet, we take pride in offering high-quality Swedish candy and treats, shipped fresh across the United States. Because all candy and edible products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on food items once they have been shipped.


Edible Items

All edible items are final sale.
No cancellations, returns, or refunds are accepted once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@sosweet.store with photos, and our team will review your case for a possible replacement or store credit.


Merchandise

Non-food merchandise (for example, branded apparel or accessories) may be eligible for return or exchange with prior authorization.
To request authorization, email contact@sosweet.store with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Orders Returned Due to Incorrect or Insufficient Address

If a package is returned to us because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the order.
Please double-check your shipping information before checkout.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once a return (for eligible merchandise) is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—posting delays may occur.

  3. Contact your bank.
    If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to contact@sosweet.store.


Sale Items

Sale items are non-refundable. Only regular-priced merchandise may qualify for a refund or exchange.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, email contact@sosweet.store and include a photo of the issue.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your total.
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning items.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package.
