At SoSweet Store LLC, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and transparently.
Please review our shipping policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipment details and tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
SoSweet currently ships within the United States only, using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or periods of high shipping volume.
SoSweet is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. When applicable, these promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout or on promotional banners on our website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipment confirmation.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to SoSweet due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
SoSweet is not liable for delays, lost shipments, or undelivered orders resulting from incorrect address information entered at checkout.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, SoSweet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@sosweet.store, including photos of the package and its contents.
Our support team will review your request and may issue a replacement or store credit if applicable.
7. International Shipping
At this time, SoSweet ships within the United States only.
International shipping is not currently available.
