At SoSweet LLC, we aim to make every order experience simple and transparent. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations work for subscriptions, pre-orders, and “try before you buy” purchases.
All other orders are subject to our Refund and Return Policy.
1. Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you receive recurring deliveries according to the duration and frequency you select.

Your payment details are stored securely and you will be billed automatically for each delivery unless you have prepaid.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term.

You may cancel or modify your subscription after four (4) deliveries or billing cycles.

To manage or cancel your subscription, use the link in your order confirmation email or contact our support team at contact@sosweet.store.
Please note that any orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
2. Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow you to reserve products that are not yet in stock or coming soon.

Depending on the product, we may collect a deposit or partial payment at checkout.

Once the item becomes available, the remaining balance will be charged automatically to your stored payment method before fulfillment.

You may cancel a pre-order before it is fulfilled for a full refund of any amount paid.

3. Try Before You Buy
If you participate in a “try before you buy” program:

Your payment method will be authorized (but not charged) when the order is placed.

You’ll have a specified trial period (stated at checkout) to decide whether to keep the item.

If the item is not returned within that trial period, your payment method will automatically be charged for the full amount.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for approval.
4. General Cancellation Conditions

Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be canceled.

Cancellation requests must be made by email at contact@sosweet.store as soon as possible after placing your order.

Refunds for canceled orders (when applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

SoSweet reserves the right to decline cancellation requests that do not meet these conditions.
